We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to become an integral member of our growing US operations

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations within the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products

Ihre Aufgaben

• Manage the daily procedures and functions of the warehouse efficiently and effectively
• Receive Materials and ensure that those meet the Quality requirements
• Pick and pack parts with optimum accuracy using warehouse management system
• Prepare and verify shipping documents and schedule pick up of Material
• Perform regular inventory counts
• Provide assembly area with Material
• Communicate with other departments to ensure all products are received and delivered in a timely manner
• Keep the storage area clean and organized
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy boxes or moving large objects, using the forklift
• Obtain safety procedures and requirements

Ihr Profil

• Experience as a Warehouse specialist
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and being able to handle diverse tasks within the department
• IT knowledge of MS office and outlook
• Accuracy, diligence, and excellent organizational skills
• ability to lift up to 50 lb
• Ability to self-manage time, reliability, and willingness to take on responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a growing team
